Apply & track with Apply EdgeSite Reliability EngineerOnsite NYC$200K-$300K base salaryI’m working with a high-growth, product-focused engineering team who are looking to bring in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help shape and scale their platform.This is a hands-on role focused on reliability, scalability, and performance - ensuring systems are resilient while enabling engineers to ship quickly and safely.The roleYou’ll take ownership of reliability and performance across the platform, working closely with engineering teams to improve how systems are built, deployed, and operated in a fast-moving environment.What you’ll be doingDesigning and operating reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting production systemsImproving system resilience through better monitoring, alerting, and incident response practicesOwning and evolving Kubernetes environments, including scaling, networking, and performance tuningEnhancing deployment reliability through CI/CD improvements and release automationImplementing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar)What they’re looking for2+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering rolesStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Experience running and supporting Kubernetes in productionFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code toolingStrong understanding of Linux, containers, networking, and distributed systemsExperience building or improving CI/CD processesNice to haveExperience defining and working with SLOs / SLIsFamiliarity with modern observability platformsExposure to GitOps or advanced CI/CD toolingExperience supporting high-scale or high-traffic systemsInterest in performance tuning and cost optimizationWhy this role stands outHigh ownership and real impact on reliability and platform directionOpportunity to build robust systems rather than maintain legacy estatesFast-moving, engineering-led environmentStrong focus on scalability, performance, and operational excellenceIf you’re interested in building highly reliable systems and solving real production challenges at scale, please apply!
