We are a mission-driven company of world-class engineers and operators with a culture of high trust, high agency, and high autonomy.How You Will Contribute:Own critical systems—design, build, and scale them.Work directly with manufacturers to ensure our tools solve real problems.Operate in high-agency mode—if it needs doing, you do it.Requirements:You’ve built something - a project, an assignment, something physical, an open source library - and you can explain it conversationally.You want to learn - and build, and re-learn and re-build.
