Site Security Manager

Position: Site Security Manager (SSM)Location: Ajman, UAEAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to lead security operations within a datacenter environment. Reporting to the Campus Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing site security teams, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop site security teams, including training and performance management.Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with site procedures.Manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and incident reporting.Maintain security documentation and support audits and compliance requirements.Identify security risks and implement improvements to strengthen site resilience.Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Campus Security Manager.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in security management or a similar operational leadership role.Proven people management experience in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Flexible approach to working hours and emergency response requirements.Key CompetenciesStrong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team within a dynamic and rapidly growing datacenter environment.
