Job Title: Site SupervisorDepartment: Projects / OperationsLocation: Surat, GujratSalary : 22,000 to 25,000 Per MonthMultiple restaurant sites (travel required)Role SummaryWe are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to oversee and coordinate projects across all restaurant and company sites. The role involves tracking site progress, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and preparing detailed project reports to ensure timely and quality execution of all projects.Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and monitor projects across all restaurant and company sites • Visit sites regularly to track progress and identify gaps • Prepare and maintain project progress reports, timelines, and documentation • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal stakeholders • Ensure projects are executed as per approved plans, budgets, and timelines • Track material usage, deliveries, and work completion status • Highlight risks, delays, and deviations to management • Maintain proper records for approvals, invoices, and project-related documents • Support opening of new restaurant sites and renovation projectsSkills & Experience Required • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination / site coordination • Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or commercial projects preferred • Strong reporting and documentation skills • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously • Good communication and coordination skills • Basic knowledge of project timelines, BOQs, and site execution • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting toolsPreferred Qualifications • Background in Civil / Interior / Project Management • Willingness to travel frequently across sites • Experience in handling vendors and site teamsReporting To:Project Head / Operations Head
