The team is committed to delivering personalized designs that enhance comfort, style, and usability for every project.Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. This role coordinates with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed according to design plans, quality standards, and timelines. The Site Supervisor monitors progress, manages site resources, and ensures adherence to safety and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities include supervising installation of furniture, fixtures, and lighting, resolving on-site issues, reporting project status to management, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications Experience supervising interior design or construction sites, with the ability to interpret drawings, layouts, and design specifications.Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and vendor/contractor management.Knowledge of basic safety standards, site compliance practices, and quality control procedures.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, designers, and on-site teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and solve on-site problems in a timely manner.Proficiency in using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, project tracking apps); familiarity with design software is an advantage.Previous experience in interiors, architecture, civil work, or related field; diploma or degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Goregaon and be present during key project phases, including occasional extended hours when required.
