The company’s culture is rooted in passion for perfection and a commitment to exceeding client expectations through premium quality solutions.Job SummaryThe Site Supervisor is responsible for the successful execution of all on-site exhibition, event, branding, fit-out, and temporary structure installations. The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, company quality standards, and client expectations.The Site Supervisor will lead installation teams on-site, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and provide regular updates to the Managing Director and Senior Production Manager.This position requires a proactive leader who can make decisions under pressure, manage multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered professionally and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Operations• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of assigned project sites.• Supervise the complete setup, installation, testing, handover, and dismantling of exhibition stands, events, kiosks, branding, staging, and fit-out works.• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.• Maintain the project schedule and ensure timely completion of all installation activities. Team Leadership• Lead carpenters, painters, electricians, branding installers, helpers, and subcontractors on-site.• Assign daily work activities and monitor productivity.• Conduct daily Toolbox team meetings before work starts.• Ensure manpower is utilized efficiently throughout the project.• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork on-site. Coordination• Coordinate closely with the Senior Production Manager regarding production progress, deliveries, and installation priorities.• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure all materials, tools, and equipment arrive on-site as scheduled.• Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, venue management, mall management, and contractors.• Coordinate lifting equipment, access permits, loading schedules, forklifts, scissor lifts, cranes, and other site requirements. Quality Control• Inspect all completed works before client handover.• Ensure excellent finishing quality in carpentry, painting, graphics, electrical works, and overall presentation.• Prepare snag lists and ensure all outstanding works are completed promptly.• Verify that installed works match approved drawings and client requirements. Safety & Compliance• Ensure all workers comply with company safety procedures and venue regulations.• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately.• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the project. Reporting• Submit daily site progress reports, including manpower, completed work, pending activities, and any issues encountered.• Provide regular progress updates to the Managing Director and Senior Production Manager.• Report site variations, client requests, and unforeseen conditions that may impact project cost or schedule.• Take and submit progress photographs throughout the installation. Material & Equipment Control• Check all incoming materials before installation.• Ensure proper handling and protection of company assets.• Monitor the use of tools and equipment on-site.• Report damaged or missing materials immediately.• Ensure all company tools and reusable materials are returned to the warehouse after project completion. Client Relations• Represent the company professionally on-site.• Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns.• Build positive working relationships with venue management and project stakeholders.• Ensure clients receive a smooth and professional project handover. Qualifications• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in exhibitions, events and fit-out site supervision.• Strong understanding of exhibition fabrication, temporary structures, carpentry, branding, electrical works, painting, and finishing.• UAE Driving License is highly preferred. Skills & and decision-making ability.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.• Good communication skills in English.• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and WhatsApp coordination with production and warehouse teams. Working Conditions• Primarily based at project sites across the UAE.• Frequent travel between project sites and the company warehouse.• Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and public holidays during exhibition build-ups, event installations, and dismantling.• Must be available to respond to urgent site requirements when necessary. Career
