Site Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor (Archi/Structural) to oversee daily site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, monitor progress and materials, keep site records, and liaise with site team.ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate with supplier, sub-con and to ensure the architectural/structural workmanship standards and progress.Monitor progress against program and report delays; implement corrective actions.Supervise Subcontractor.Supervise day-to-day site operations and enforce site rules.Manage site logistics and material deliveries to minimize downtime.Monitor on site progress against program and report delays; implement corrective actions.QualificationsDiploma in Civil Engineering/Building.Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry.Formwork Safety Supervisor certificate is preferrable.Experience in precast field is preferrable.Experience in architectural and/or structural works.Good communication and team player qualities.
