Reports Towill report to [Admin Manager (Project & Property), Senior Project Coordinator].Job OverviewThe Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. This role involves supervising siteworkers, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and addressing any on-site issues to keep the project on schedule.Responsibilities and Duties• Supervise and manage site workers, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.• Ensure that work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth workflow.• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and tools on-site.• Conduct site inspections and enforce health and safety standards.• Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and site conditions.• Communicate effectively with workers and management to ensure efficiency.Qualifications•  Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.•  Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.•  Leadership skills to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.•  Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.•  Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle site challenges efficiently.•  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.•  Knowledge of safety protocols and experience in enforcing compliance.
