This role coordinates and monitors site operations, ensuring that construction, maintenance, or fit-out work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards and company guidelines. The Site Supervisor will liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, manage work schedules, supervise site staff, and verify that all tasks comply with local regulations and client requirements. Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, documenting progress, addressing operational issues, and reporting status updates to management. The role also supports client visits, ensures properties are presented to a high standard, and contributes to continuous improvement of on-site processes and safety practices.QualificationsStrong site supervision skills, including coordination of daily operations, staff oversight, and contractor management.Knowledge of property, construction, or fit-out processes, with an understanding of quality control, safety standards, and local regulations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal teams, with professional fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including scheduling, prioritization, and basic reporting documentation.Experience in real estate, facilities management, construction supervision, or a related field within Dubai or the wider UAE market preferred.Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions under pressure.Proficiency with basic office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, site reporting applications); familiarity with real estate or project management software is a plus.Relevant diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, real estate, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
