Thrive places priority on meeting client expectations, adhering to manufacturing procedures, and maintaining robust safety standards in all operations.Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at project locations. This position coordinates installation activities for signage, large format prints, and fabrication projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards. The Site Supervisor manages site staff and subcontractors, assigns tasks, monitors progress, and resolves on-site issues. The role includes conducting site inspections, verifying measurements, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client requirements. The Site Supervisor also communicates regularly with project managers and clients regarding status updates, logistical needs, and any adjustments required to deliver successful installations.Qualifications Experience in site supervision within advertising, signage, construction, or related industries, with strong skills in coordinating on-site activities and teams.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications, including familiarity with signage, fabrication, and installation methodologies.Knowledge of safety standards and best practices, with proven experience in enforcing health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.Problem-solving ability and attention to detail for identifying risks, resolving site issues, and ensuring quality workmanship.Proficiency with basic office and project management tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, reporting), and comfort preparing site reports and documentation.Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market, with understanding of local regulations and permitting processes, is an advantage.Relevant technical or vocational qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
