WE ARE HIRING | FIT-OUT SUPERVISORWe are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team and oversee interior fit-out works across our projects in Dubai.Position: Fit-Out Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Interior Fit-Out / ConstructionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities at site* Manage and allocate manpower according to project requirements* Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and other trades* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules* Supervise activities including gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, tiling, masonry and joinery works* Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework* Monitor workmanship, quality and productivity on site* Check materials and ensure proper usage and minimum wastage* Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team for solutions* Ensure workers follow HSE and site safety requirements* Monitor daily progress and report site status to management* Assist with snagging, rectification and final handoverREQUIREMENTS* Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor / Foreman* Strong experience in interior fit-out projects* Good knowledge of construction and fit-out methods* Ability to read and understand shop drawings and architectural drawings* Experience managing workers and coordinating multiple trades* Good understanding of MEP coordination* UAE experience in interior fit-out is preferred* Strong leadership and communication skills* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines* Immediate joiners will have an advantageInterested candidates: Please send your updated CV to hrmanager@aujandubai.comJoin our growing Interior Fit-Out team and be part of exciting projects across the UAE!
