With a commitment to client satisfaction and timely project delivery, the organization offers opportunities for engineering professionals to contribute to diverse interior fit-out and renovation projects in DubaiPosition OverviewWe are looking for motivated and technically competent Site Supervisors with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation projects in Dubai. The ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate site activities efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities for interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation projects.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.Read, interpret, and execute architectural, interior design, MEP, and shop drawings.Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.Ensure quality standards and project requirements are consistently maintained.Identify potential site risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.Manage site resources, workforce allocation, and daily work schedules effectively.Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable construction standards.Report project progress, site issues, and material requirements to the management team.Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues and minimize delays.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or interior fit-out projects.Practical experience in interior fit-out, finishing, and renovation works.Ability to read and understand architectural, interior design, MEP, and shop drawings.Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Good time management and risk management abilities.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take responsibility.Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to share their updated CV for consideration.
