The company’s culture is rooted in passion for perfection and a commitment to exceeding client expectations through premium quality solutions.Position: Site Supervisor – Events & ExhibitionsDepartment: Production & Technical OperationsReports To: Senior Production Manager / ManagementProject Coordination With: Project ExecutiveTechnical Coordination With: Junior Production ManagerLocation: Project Sites / Workshop as requiredJob PurposeThe Site Supervisor is responsible for the physical execution of projects on site, from mobilization and unloading through installation, completion, handover, dismantling, and return of materials.The primary responsibility is to ensure that site works are completed safely, correctly, efficiently, and within the approved installation schedule.The Site Supervisor becomes the main operational person in charge of company manpower on site once the installation team mobilizes.Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Setup Site Preparation• Receive complete project information before mobilization.• Review approved drawings, renders, layouts, installation requirements, and setup schedules.• Coordinate with the Junior Production Manager regarding structures, components, installation sequence, tools, and technical requirements.• Coordinate with the Project Executive regarding venue timings, access, permits, client requirements, and project priorities.• Understand loading/unloading areas, service access, working hours, venue restrictions, and setup deadlines.2. Site Mobilization• Receive and organize manpower upon arrival at site.• Coordinate unloading and movement of materials to designated installation areas.• Check delivered structures and materials against the required installation scope.• Immediately report missing, damaged, or incorrect items.• Organize tools, equipment, consumables, and working areas before installation begins.3. Site Manpower Supervision• Lead installers, carpenters, painters, electricians, branding installers, helpers, and other assigned workers on site.• Assign daily tasks and installation responsibilities.• Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, breaks, and working hours.• Maintain discipline and professional behavior on site.• Ensure workers follow instructions and venue regulations.• Escalate manpower shortages or performance concerns to the appropriate manager.4. Installation & Setup Execution• Execute installation according to approved drawings, renders, layouts, and instructions.• Control the sequence of installation to maximize efficiency.• Ensure structures are correctly positioned, aligned, leveled, secured, and finished.• Coordinate installation of branding, graphics, electrical elements, furniture, decorative elements, and other project components within company scope.• Monitor progress continuously against the required handover time.• Immediately identify anything that could delay completion.5. Site Quality Control• Inspect workmanship throughout the setup.• Ensure finished installations reflect the approved design and expected company quality.• Check visible surfaces, joints, paint finishes, branding alignment, cleanliness, stability, and overall presentation.• Ensure snagging and touch-ups are completed before handover.• Conduct a final internal inspection before informing the Project Executive that the site is ready for client/agency inspection.6. Site Problem Solving• Resolve normal installation issues using practical site solutions.• Contact the Junior Production Manager when a problem requires fabrication changes, workshop rectification, replacement components, or technical production decisions.• Do not independently change approved designs, dimensions, materials, finishes, or specifications without authorization.• Immediately escalate major safety, structural, technical, or schedule concerns.7. Health & Safety• Conduct toolbox briefings when required.• Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.• Maintain safe working areas throughout installation.• Ensure tools, ladders, access equipment, and machinery are used correctly.• Follow venue HSE regulations and company safety requirements.• Immediately report accidents, unsafe practices.QualificationsProven experience in site supervision within events, exhibitions, or a related production environmentStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and manpower on fast-paced project sitesA valid UAE driving license is preferred but not requiredImmediate availability is an advantageHow to Apply:Interested candidates meeting the above requirements are invited to send their CV and/or portfolio to: people@oneg-group.comletsdoit@toolboxdb.comPlease include your last drawn salary in your application.
