Site Supervisor (Fit-Out)

We specialise in high-end residential and commercial renovations and are known for our attention to detail, client-focused approach, and high standards of quality.We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced On-site Supervisor (Fit-out Industry) to join our growing team.About the Role:As an On-site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of renovation sites. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers, you’ll ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on-site.Support Project Managers in planning and executing work schedules.Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines and task lists.Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.Enforce site safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.Keep accurate site records and daily reports.Prepare weekly progress updates for clients.Participate in site meetings and provide timely feedback on project status.Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor in UAE's Fit-out / renovation industry.Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle.Other Requirements:Familiarity with NOC procedures in Dubai.Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and technical plans.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.What We Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience)Opportunities for growth and career development within the company.Exposure to diverse residential and commercial renovation projects.Supportive and dynamic team environment.If you’re experienced within UAE's Fit-out / Renovation industry and meet the requirements we're looking for, we’d love to hear from you!NOTE: Please do not apply if you do not met our mandatory requirements including experience within UAE's Fit-out / renovation industry.
