Site Supervisor (GRC)

Fibrixa is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) projects to supervise and coordinate site activities and ensure smooth execution of works according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GRC installation and site coordination, along with the ability to manage workers, coordinate with site teams, and monitor daily progress.Candidates with direct GRC site experience will only be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily GRC installation and site activities.Coordinate and manage site workers, installers, and subcontractors.Ensure GRC works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and site requirements.Monitor installation quality and ensure proper alignment, fixing, jointing, and finishing.Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, consultants, and other contractors.Review drawings and communicate work requirements clearly to the site team.Plan daily manpower and allocate work according to project priorities.Monitor material requirements and coordinate with stores/logistics for timely availability.Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, materials, and site activities.Report site issues, delays, material shortages, and technical concerns to the concerned engineer/management.Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.Coordinate between factory/production and site teams for material deliveries and installation requirements.Support snagging, rectification, and final finishing works.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.Hands-on experience in GRC projects is mandatory.Strong understanding of GRC installation and finishing works.Experience working on construction/project sites in the UAE is preferred.Ability to read and understand GRC shop drawings and construction drawings.Good knowledge of site coordination and manpower management.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Candidates should be willing to travel between project sites when required.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following will be given preference:GRC façade and architectural elementsGRC cladding and decorative featuresGRC columns, cornices, screens, mouldings, and panelsGRC installation and fixing systemsFinishing, joint treatment, and snaggingMulti-site project coordination
