We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, materials, quality and programme.

About the Role

We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor (UAE fit-out/renovation Industry) to join our growing team.As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of renovation sites. Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers, you’ll ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on-site.Support Project Managers in planning and executing work schedules.Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines and task lists.Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.Enforce site safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.Keep accurate site records and daily reports.Prepare weekly progress updates for clients.Participate in site meetings and provide timely feedback on project status.Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on site supervision experience in the UAE interior fit-out / renovation industry.Experience supervising residential and/or commercial interior fit-out projects.Experience coordinating subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other trades.Ability to read and work from architectural, joinery, MEP and interior fit-out drawings.Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.Other Requirements:Experience with NOC procedures like coordinating building management/community NOCs, work permits, access permits and site requirements in Dubai.Experience working on high-end residential villas, apartments and/or commercial fit-out projects is highly preferred.Good English communication skills.Available to work on-site in Dubai.Technical Requirements:Setting out and coordinating daily site activities.Checking workmanship against drawings and specifications.Coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.Monitoring materials and site deliveries.Identifying site issues and resolving them proactively.Coordinating MEP works with architectural/interior works.Checking measurements and quantities where required.Monitoring snagging and rectification works.Preparing daily site reports and progress updates.Coordinating inspections and approvals.Following up on NOCs, building management requirements and access permits.Maintaining site cleanliness and safety.Coordinating works around occupied residential/commercial properties.Who We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with proven UAE interior fit-out and renovation experience. You should be confident managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, reading drawings, monitoring workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule. We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of the site from start to finish.
