Site Supervisor – Residential Renovation & Fit-OutLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: Minimum 5 YearsIndustry: Construction / Residential Renovation / Fit-OutJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, manpower, materials, quality, and project progress.Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily residential renovation and fit-out works. Coordinate subcontractors, skilled workers, and site manpower. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Read and understand architectural, MEP, and shop drawings. Coordinate civil, MEP, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, kitchen, bathroom, and finishing works. Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project programme. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain required quality standards. Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Take site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication/installation. Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, and potential delays and report them immediately. Monitor material deliveries, storage, usage, and wastage. Prepare daily progress updates, site reports, photographs, and manpower records. Manage snagging and ensure rectification works are completed properly. Ensure proper housekeeping, site safety, and protection of existing finishes. Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential renovation, fit-out, or interior contracting.UAE/Dubai experience is mandatory.Experience working on villas, apartments, and high-end residential renovation projects.Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, and MEP coordination works.Ability to read and understand construction, architectural, MEP, and shop drawings.Strong subcontractor and manpower management skills.Good knowledge of construction materials and installation methods.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.UAE Driving Licence is preferred.Relevant technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field is an advantage.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a hands-on and proactive Site Supervisor who can independently manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate multiple trades, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed on time.Candidates with strong experience in Dubai residential renovation and high-end villa projects will be given preference.
