Site Supervisor (Joinery Fit-out)

Shaped AE is a British-founded luxury joinery and interior fit-out company based in Dubai Investment Park 1. We create bespoke furniture and high-end villa interiors. We are looking for an experienced site supervisor with a background in joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out to lead our on-site projects.What You Will DoSupervise joinery and fit-out work on-siteRead and understand technical drawings and specificationsPlan and follow work schedules and make sure materials and workers are readyLead and support the site team, subcontractors, and suppliersCheck the quality of work and make sure it follows safety rules and building standardsTalk with clients, consultants, and the office team to keep everyone updatedFind quick solutions if problems occur on-siteRequirementsStrong communication skills in EnglishA valid UAE driver's license (required)Strong experience in joinery, cabinetry and fit-out supervisionGood knowledge for high-end finishes and bespoke interiorsAbility to read technical drawings and shop drawings accurately Experience planning schedules and managing site resourcesGood leadership skills, able to guide a team and keep them motivatedKnowledge of safety rules and quality controlStrong attention to detail and good problem-solving skillsExperience with luxury residential or commercial fit-outs (UAE or GCC experience is a big plus)
