Number of Position Required: 1 Person, Indian Site Supervisor (Turnkey Fit-Out Projects)Location: UAE (Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi as per project requirements)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor with strong UAE experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience supervising site execution across civil, joinery, and MEP works, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects within timelines and budget. Experience in retail, commercial, office, hotel, F&B, and luxury residential projects is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day site activities for turnkey fit-out projects.Coordinate civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.Ensure work is executed according to project quality standards, design intent, and authority regulations.Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and daily work allocation.Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance at all times.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client representatives.Resolve on-site technical issues and report project progress to management.Ensure materials are properly received, checked, and used as per specifications.Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies.RequirementsMinimum 4 years UAE experience in interior fit-out site supervision.Strong hands-on experience in turnkey fit-out projects including civil, joinery, and MEP works.Proven experience in retail, commercial, office, hotel, F&B, and luxury residential projects.Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, BOQ, and construction sequences.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams.Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.Excellent understanding of quality standards and finishing details.Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsStrong leadership and site coordination skills.Good communication with consultants, clients, and project teams.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong knowledge of finishing details and interior execution standards.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Accommodation / transport allowance (as applicable).Career growth opportunities in a growing interior fit-out company.Exposure to high-end turnkey projects across UAE.
