📢 WE ARE HIRING | SITE SUPERVISOR – FIT-OUT📍 Location: UAE🏗️ Industry: Fit-Out / Construction💼 Experience: 3–5 Years🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree📌 Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary : AED 9000 pm Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Fit-Out to oversee daily site activities and ensure fit-out works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and allocate tasks to labour teams.Monitor site progress, productivity, workmanship, and installation quality.Ensure all works comply with approved plans, specifications, HSE standards, and site procedures.Monitor setting-out activities and ensure accurate layouts and installations.Conduct daily roll calls and maintain attendance, overtime, and labour output records.Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and other site resources.Identify upcoming resource requirements and communicate them to the Line Manager.Coordinate with Stores for material receipt, distribution, and returns.Maintain proper records of materials, tools, and equipment.Report site progress, delays, discrepancies, and operational issues to the Line Manager.Coordinate with subcontractors, contractors, clients, and internal departments.Ensure labourers are properly briefed on approved installation methods and techniques.Supervise workmanship and minimize material wastage.Maintain HSE documentation, including the HSE Blue Book.Support the project team in achieving zero snags at project completion.Escalate technical, quality, or installation concerns when required.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.3–5 years of relevant Fit-Out industry experience is mandatory.Proven experience supervising site labour and fit-out activities.Good knowledge of site operations, installation methods, quality standards, and HSE procedures.Strong coordination and communication skills.Ability to manage labour teams, subcontractors, and multiple site activities.Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.Key Skills✔ Site Supervision✔ Fit-Out Works✔ Labour Management✔ Material Coordination✔ HSE & Quality Compliance✔ Site Coordination✔ Subcontractor Management✔ Progress Monitoring
