Site Technical Manager – Architectural background - High-Rise ConstructionWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong Architectural background to join one of our leading clients in the high-rise construction industry.This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional who has strong expertise in engineering coordination, shop drawings, technical management, and multidisciplinary project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordinationCoordinate between Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design & MEP disciplinesReview subcontractor submissions, materials, shop drawings, and technical calculationsResolve technical issues on-site and provide guidance to construction teamsLead technical meetings, workshops, RFIs, and material approvalsEnsure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, NCC standards, and client requirementsCoordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, and commercial teamsMonitor technical status, approvals, and as-built documentationRequirements:Strong Architectural backgroundProven experience in high-rise construction projectsExpertise in technical coordination and shop drawing managementStrong knowledge of IFC drawings, authorities' regulations, and construction standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Deal Breaker:Must be an Arabic nationalMust have experience in high-rise buildings for at least 8 years in the UAEMust have experience as a Site Technical Manager for at least 8 years in the UAEMust have an Architectural backgroundMust have contractor experienceLocation: Dubai
