The Sitecore Specialist will configure, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based digital banking platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Daily tasks include implementing new features, managing content structures, integrating Sitecore with banking systems and APIs, and optimizing user experience across web and digital channels. The role involves collaborating closely with banking clients, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable Sitecore solutions and to troubleshoot technical issues. The specialist will also document configurations, follow secure development and compliance standards, and support upgrades, patches, and environment migrations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret banking requirements, optimize Sitecore solutions, and resolve complex technical issues.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with banking stakeholders, and present technical concepts clearly.Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and banking processes to align Sitecore implementations with regulatory, compliance, and business needs.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client teams, respond to issues promptly, and enhance end-user experience on digital banking channels.Candidates should possess Sales and stakeholder engagement skills to contribute to solution demos, proposals, and pre-sales activities for banking clients.Hands-on experience with Sitecore implementation, configuration, and customization, preferably in banking or financial services environments.Familiarity with .NET development, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and integration patterns used in enterprise banking systems.Understanding of digital experience platforms, content management best practices, security standards, and performance optimization for high-traffic sites.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
