We are looking for an experienced and passionate Faculty – Sketching & 3D to lead classroom modules, mentor upcoming digital artists, and ensure industry-aligned learning standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach foundational fine arts, perspective drawing, light/shadow theory, human anatomy, and concept sketching.Instruct students in end-to-end 3D production workflows, including organic/inorganic modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering.Guide students in building high-quality showreels and industry-ready portfolios.Conduct regular evaluation sessions, offer constructive feedback, and track student skill progression.Align classroom teaching with standard MAAC course pipelines and curriculum guidelines.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2+ years of industry or academic experience in traditional sketching and 3D modeling.Software Tools: Hands-on mastery of Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Adobe Photoshop, and rendering tools (Arnold / V-Ray).Core Skills: Strong artistic eye, spatial awareness, character/environment modeling skills, and digital painting fundamentals.Communication: Clear verbal presentation skills in English and Hindi to engage students effectively.Portfolio: A showreel or portfolio demonstrating strong traditional drawing skills alongside high-quality 3D assets is mandatory.Why Join Us?Be a core mentor at a leading creative education brand in Jaipur.Inspiring lab environment with state-of-the-art workstations.Competitive salary package based on experience and artistic capability.How to ApplySend your updated resume along with a portfolio or showreel to 9643059972 or apply directly via LinkedIn.
