We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLESki Instructor | MAF Entertainment | Ski AcademyROLE SUMMARYThe purpose of this role is to conduct Private & Group Ski or Snowboard lessons, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Always provide full supervision of the guests during lessons and a high safety standard during lessons.ROLE PROFILEDeliver private and group ski/snow lessons for all skill levels, including guests with special needs, while maintaining high customer service standards.Handle guest inquiries professionally and provide guidance on lessons, bookings, sales, and available services.Ensure all rental equipment is checked, properly fitted, and safe before guest use.Take responsibility for guests throughout lessons, ensuring safety and compliance with access control procedures.Support revenue growth through upselling lessons, promoting Ski Egypt services, and assisting in achieving academy targetsParticipate in instructor training programs, support onboarding of new joiners, and assist in competitions and events.Maintain professional appearance, follow company grooming standards, and comply with all SOPs, HSE, and workplace policies.Remain flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and assist other departments or perform additional duties when required.REQUIREMENTSCertified Ski/Snowboard Instructor with an international qualification.Minimum one season in a Ski Academy with prior kids teaching experience.Advanced skiing/snowboarding skills with the ability to instruct at a professional level.Fluent in both Arabic and English with strong communication skills.Strong teamwork, customer service focus, and effective teaching methods.Good organization, planning skills, and flexibility to work shifts.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
