Job Title – Skincare AdvisorType – Long Term ContractWork Location – DubaiSalary – AED 6000 - 8000Mandatory details/Skills-Promote and sell cosmetic and beauty products to customers.Provide product information, recommendations, and beauty advice based on customer needs.Achieve daily, monthly, and sales targets.Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.Maintain product displays, shelves, and promotional areas.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment.Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.Stay updated on new products, promotions, offers, and beauty trends.Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.Prepare daily sales reports and share feedback on customer preferences.Ensure the counter/store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.Key Skills RequiredMinimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty & skincare sales.Strong communication and customer service skills.Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales.Good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products.Presentable, confident, and professional personality.Ability to recommend products based on customer needs.
