This is where you come in - we are looking for a Skincare & Wellness Advisor to join our store in Glyfada someone who shares our passion for wellness, community, and exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional skincare consultation and customer experience, having the opportunity to work with some of the best skincare brands globally, including Noble Panacea, Augustinus Bader, Tata Harper and more. Skincare Consultation & Customer ExperienceDeliver a warm, personalised and elevated customer experienceConduct skincare consultations to understand customers' skin concerns, goals and routinesRecommend personalised skincare products based on individual skin needs, lifestyle and desired resultsEducate customers on ingredients, formulations, product benefits and correct product usageBuild lasting relationships with customers through trusted skincare advice and exceptional serviceProduct Knowledge & EducationMaintain strong knowledge of skincare brands, ingredients, formulations and industry/brand developmentsStay up to date with ongoing product trainings and communicate product benefitsSupport in promoting new product launches and seasonal skincare initiativesStore OperationsMaintain high standards of store presentation according to the MA CHÉRIE aestheticEnsure the proper hygiene and layout of the products, availability of testers and samplesSupport daily store operations, including point of sale processesAssist with receiving new deliveriesRequirementsDiploma or qualification in Aesthetics or a related fieldPrevious experience as an Aesthetician, Skincare Specialist or Beauty AdvisorStrong understanding of skincare, skin concerns, active ingredients and formulationsPassion for skincare, wellness and delivering outstanding customer experiencesExcellent communication and consultation skillsProficiency in EnglishStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable using POS systems and basic computer applicationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary package with performance bonusEmployee discounts across some of the most loved wellness and skincare brandsA creative, inspiring and supportive work environmentContinuous education and training with leading international skincare brandsOpportunities for professional growth within a growing premium wellness retail business If you share our passion for wellness, lifestyle, skincare and beautiful retail environments, we would love to hear from you.Email: info@macherie.gr
