Skincare & Wellness Sales Advisor (Glyfada)

This is where you come in - we are looking for a Skincare & Wellness Advisor to join our store in Glyfada someone who shares our passion for wellness, community, and exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional skincare consultation and customer experience, having the opportunity to work with some of the best skincare brands globally, including Noble Panacea, Augustinus Bader, Tata Harper and more. Skincare Consultation & Customer Experience· Deliver a warm, personalised and elevated customer experience· Conduct skincare consultations to understand customers' skin concerns, goals and routines· Recommend personalised skincare products based on individual skin needs, lifestyle and desired results· Educate customers on ingredients, formulations, product benefits and correct product usage· Build lasting relationships with customers through trusted skincare advice and exceptional service· Product Knowledge & EducationMaintain strong knowledge of skincare brands, ingredients, formulations and industry/brand developments· Stay up to date with ongoing product trainings and communicate product benefits· Support in promoting new product launches and seasonal skincare initiatives Store Operations· Maintain high standards of store presentation according to the MA CHÉRIE aesthetic· Ensure the proper hygiene and layout of the products, availability of testers and samples· Support daily store operations, including point of sale processes· Assist with receiving new deliveriesRequirements· Diploma or qualification in Aesthetics or a related field· Previous experience as an Aesthetician, Skincare Specialist or Beauty Advisor· Strong understanding of skincare, skin concerns, active ingredients and formulations· Passion for skincare, wellness and delivering outstanding customer experiences· Excellent communication and consultation skills· Proficiency in English· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail· Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications What We Offer· Competitive salary package with performance bonus· Employee discounts across some of the most loved wellness and skincare brands· A creative, inspiring and supportive work environment· Continuous education and training with leading international skincare brands· Opportunities for professional growth within a growing premium wellness retail business If you share our passion for wellness, lifestyle, skincare and beautiful retail environments, we would love to hear from you.
