Team members join a company that values authenticity, wellness, and customer education.Role Description The Skincare Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-store role based in New Cairo or Mokattam. This role focuses on welcoming customers, understanding their skincare and haircare needs, and recommending suitable DAZ Beauty products and routines. The advisor provides personalized consultations, demonstrates product application, and educates customers on ingredients, benefits, and best practices. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and visually appealing display area, managing stock levels, processing sales transactions, and supporting promotional activities. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, handling inquiries and feedback professionally, and collaborating with the team to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.QualificationsStrong knowledge of skincare and haircare principles, including skin types, common concerns, and product ingredients.Customer service and sales skills, with the ability to actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and provide tailored product recommendations.Clear and empathetic communication skills to explain routines, usage instructions, and product benefits in an accessible way.Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory, and handle point-of-sale systems accurately.Interest in natural beauty products and wellness trends, with a willingness to learn about ancient Egyptian and Korean beauty traditions.Proactive, professional attitude, with reliability in full-time, on-site work and openness to weekend or holiday shifts as needed.Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, pharmacy, or beauty advisory roles is preferred but not required.Relevant education in cosmetology, dermatology basics, or a related field is a plus, along with training in skincare consultation.* معرفة جيدة بالعناية بالبشرة والشعر ومكونات المنتجات.* مهارات قوية في المبيعات وخدمة العملاء وتقديم توصيات مناسبة.* قدرة على شرح المنتجات وروتين العناية بطريقة بسيطة وواضحة.* مهارات في ترتيب المنتجات وإدارة المخزون ونقاط البيع.* شغف بمجال الـ Beauty والـ Skincare والاستعداد للتعلم.* شخصية مهنية، نشيطة وملتزمة بالعمل Full-Time On-site.* الخبرة في الـ Retail / Cosmetics / Pharmacy ميزة إضافية وليست شرطًا.
