# Skincare EducatorLocation: DubaiEmployment Type: Full-Time Industry: Beauty & Salon Chain## About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Skincare Educator to join our growing beauty and wellness organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating salon and spa teams on skincare products, treatments, hygiene standards, and best practices to enhance customer experience and service excellence across our beauty and salon network.## Key Responsibilities- Deliver professional skincare training programs to salon, spa, and beauty teams.- Educate staff on skincare products, ingredients, treatment protocols, and product recommendations.- Conduct practical demonstrations on facial treatments, skin analysis, and skincare routines.- Ensure adherence to beauty, salon, and spa hygiene standards and operational procedures.- Develop training materials, manuals, and educational content related to skincare and wellness services.- Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching to improve team performance.- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, products, and industry best practices.- Support new salon openings and onboarding of beauty professionals through structured training programs.- Collaborate with operations and management teams to maintain consistent service standards across locations.## Requirements- Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Skincare, or a related field.- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in skincare education, beauty training, salon operations, or spa management.- Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin types, facial treatments, and beauty hygiene practices.- Experience delivering training within beauty salons, spas, wellness centers, or cosmetic retail environments.- Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.- Ability to conduct both classroom and hands-on practical training sessions.- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.## Key Skills- Skincare Education & Training- Beauty Therapy- Salon Operations- Spa Management- Beauty & Personal Care- Cosmetic Products Knowledge- Skin Analysis- Facial Treatments- Beauty Hygiene & Safety Standards- Team Coaching & Development- Customer Service Excellence- Wellness Industry Knowledge## What We Offer- Opportunity to work with a leading beauty and salon chain.- Professional growth and career development.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Competitive salary and benefits package.
