Department: MarketingReports To: Trade MarketingRole OverviewBonn Medical Industries is looking for a Skincare Promoter with strong experience in beauty retail and direct customer consultation to represent our skincare brands across selected points of sale in Riyadh.The role requires daily interaction with skincare consumers, understanding individual skincare concerns and routines, recommending suitable products, explaining ingredients and usage, and converting consultations into purchases while delivering a professional and comfortable customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesApproach and engage skincare customers professionally at assigned points of sale.Conduct customer-focused skincare consultations and understand individual concerns, routines, and product preferences.Recommend suitable skincare products and basic routines based on customer needs.Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, and key differentiators.Convert customer interactions into purchases through professional consultation and effective selling.Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.Maintain strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, routines, and relevant competitor products.Ensure products, testers, displays, and promotional materials are presented according to brand standards.Monitor stock availability and report shortages.Support launches, promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations.Submit regular reports covering sales, conversion, customer feedback, best-selling products, stock availability, and market observations.Required QualificationsPrevious hands-on experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty Retail, Beauty Advisory, or Product Promotion.Experience providing direct skincare or beauty product consultations to customers.Strong knowledge of skincare products, common skincare concerns, ingredients, and basic routines.Previous experience in direct retail selling and working toward individual sales targets.Confident and comfortable approaching and advising customers at points of sale.Strong persuasion, communication, and objection-handling skills.Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.Arabic fluency.Ability to work full-time at pharmacies, beauty stores, malls, and other assigned retail locations in Riyadh.Strong commitment, punctuality, and reliability.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a Beauty Advisor, Skincare Promoter, Beauty Promoter, or Cosmetics Sales Representative.Experience representing skincare or cosmetics brands.Experience within pharmacies, beauty stores, or major retail chains.Proven achievement of individual sales and conversion targets.Key Performance IndicatorsDaily and monthly sales target achievement.Customer-to-purchase conversion rate.Number and quality of customer consultations.Customer feedback.Product and brand knowledge.Merchandising and stock monitoring.Reporting quality and consistency.
