About Bonn Medical IndustriesBonn Medical Industries is a Saudi-based manufacturer specializing in healthcare products, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and related consumer products.As part of our expansion across Saudi Arabia, we are looking for Skincare Promoters to represent Bonn skincare brands at pharmacies, beauty stores, malls, and selected retail locations.Role OverviewThe Skincare Promoter will represent Bonn skincare brands directly at points of sale, engage with customers, understand their skincare needs, recommend suitable products and basic skincare routines, explain product benefits and usage, and convert customer interactions into sales.The ideal candidate combines skincare knowledge, strong communication skills, customer engagement, and retail selling ability.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Consultation & Product RecommendationApproach and engage customers professionally at assigned points of sale.Understand customers’ skincare needs, concerns, and preferences.Recommend suitable Bonn skincare products and basic skincare routines.Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, and key differentiators clearly.Answer customer questions and provide a positive consultation experience.Sales & PromotionActively promote Bonn skincare products at assigned locations.Convert customer interactions and consultations into purchases.Work toward assigned sales and promotional targets.Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store activities.Encourage product trial and cross-selling when appropriate.Product & Brand KnowledgeMaintain strong knowledge of assigned skincare products.Understand common skincare concerns and basic skincare routines.Stay updated on product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and promotional offers.Represent Bonn brands professionally and consistently.Merchandising & Point of SaleEnsure products are displayed professionally and according to brand guidelines.Monitor product availability and report stock shortages when required.Maintain an organized and attractive product display.Coordinate with store/pharmacy staff when needed.Reporting & Customer FeedbackTrack sales and customer interactions as required.Report customer feedback, frequently asked questions, and common objections.Share competitor observations and relevant market feedback.Submit regular activity and performance reports.Required QualificationsCurrently residing in Saudi Arabia.Available to work full-time in the assigned city/region.Previous hands-on experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty Retail, Beauty Advisory, or Product Promotion.Experience dealing directly with skincare or beauty consumers.Good understanding of skincare products, common skin concerns, ingredients, and basic skincare routines.Previous experience in direct retail selling or customer-facing promotion.Comfortable working toward individual sales targets.Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.Confident approaching and advising customers at the point of sale.Professional appearance and behavior.Good Arabic communication skills.Flexibility to work according to retail schedules and assigned shifts.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a Skincare Promoter, Beauty Advisor, Beauty Promoter, Cosmetics Sales Representative, or similar role.Previous experience with skincare or cosmetics brands.Experience in pharmacies, beauty stores, malls, or cosmetics retail.Proven experience achieving individual sales or conversion targets.Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and product routines.Basic English communication skills.Key Performance IndicatorsPerformance may be evaluated based on:Sales target achievement.Customer conversion.Number and quality of customer interactions.Product knowledge.Customer feedback.Merchandising and product presentation.Attendance and reporting compliance.
