Led by Dr. Kareem Abraham, USC-trained in orofacial pain and an ABDSM Diplomate, we are building a regional center of excellence in sleep medicine, not another dental office with a side referral list.We are hiring a Sleep & Wellness Liaison to be the face of that mission in physician offices across Orange County.This is not a flyer-drop role. This is not an order-taking role. This is a role for someone who can walk into a cardiologist's office, a concierge practice, or the Long Beach VA, and leave having built something real, not a transaction, a relationship the office actually wants to keep.What Success Looks LikeYou are not selling a device. You are positioning Can't Sleep Center as the clinical authority physicians trust when a patient needs an alternative to CPAP, or presents with jaw pain no one else has been able to explain. Every visit either builds that reputation or it doesn't. We are looking for someone who knows the difference.What You Will DoBuild and sustain physician relationships across primary care, cardiology, ENT, neurology, pulmonology, and VA-affiliated officesEducate providers on oral appliance therapy, TMJ, and our interdisciplinary approach to sleep care, grounded in real clinical credibility, not a sales pitchReactivate dormant referral sources and identify new ones, using your own judgment on approach and strategyCoordinate and lead educational lunch-and-learnsTrack outreach and referral outcomes, and report on what is actually workingRepresent Can't Sleep Center with the polish and follow-through of someone who understands they are the first impression of a specialty practiceWho We Are Looking ForExperience in medical sales, DME, pharma, provider relations, or physician liaison workA track record of getting past the gatekeeper and building trust with the person who actually controls the referralComfortable operating with autonomy, this is not a micromanaged role, but it is not an unaccountable one eitherOrganized enough to track your own pipeline and report on it without being chased for itSleep medicine experience is a plus. Confidence, consistency, and follow-through are not optionalCompensation and GrowthBase salary up to $80,000, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied directly to referral growth and treatment starts, not vanity metrics like office visits or handshakes. Benefits include PTO, sick leave, and 401k eligibility.This is a full-time role.
