On-road safety operator for autonomous delivery vehicles — monitor vehicle behaviour, intervene when necessary, and ensure safe and compliant operations across indoor and outdoor operational settings.RESPONSIBILITIESOperate and supervise autonomous delivery vehicles per company SOPs and UAE traffic lawsMonitor vehicle performance in real time; take manual control when needed to maintain safetyConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; verify cleanliness, functionality, and deployment readinessReport incidents, near misses, vehicle faults, and operational anomalies promptly and accuratelySupport vehicle deployment, retrieval, charging, and routine maintenance activitiesDocument operations and coordinate with dispatch, engineering, and remote operations teamsPerform both indoor duties (monitoring, reporting, remote ops support) and outdoor duties (field deployment, on-road supervision, vehicle inspection) as assigned by managementREQUIREMENTSMinimum 3 years of driving experience in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license and cleanrecordFluent English communication skills, both written and spokenMust be willing and able to work night shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and public holidaysMust be flexible to take on both indoor and outdoor operational roles based on business needsBasic proficiency using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications Strong safety awareness with excellent attention to detail; calm and decisive under pressurePREFERREDOwn vehicle for commuting to the Khalifa City operational siteExperience in logistics, fleet operations, delivery services, ride-hailing, or commercial driving Experience with ADAS or autonomous vehicle operationsBasic understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and troubleshootingWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary and benefits packageComprehensive onboarding and autonomous vehicle technology trainingCareer development opportunities in a rapidly expanding organizationDynamic work environment at the forefront of autonomous mobility
