Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Nationality: Saudi National Experience: 8+ YearsContract: 12 months, extendable Industry: Banking / Financial ServicesCore Responsibilities8+ years of experience in Cash Management, Payments, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking, including at least 3 years of banking experience.

Strong expertise in Cash Management, domestic and cross-border payments, payment rails, payout structures, and corporate banking processes. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cash Management and Payment products, providing business and functional expertise across the product lifecycle. Support the strategy, development, enhancement, implementation, and performance of Cash Management and payment products and services. Define product requirements, roadmap, business cases, and enhancement priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Work closely with IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, FI, Sales, and Client Service teams to deliver efficient, secure, and compliant solutions. Analyze product performance, transaction volumes, customer experience, revenue, costs, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure Cash Management and Payment solutions comply with SAMA regulations, legal requirements, security standards, fraud prevention measures, and internal controls. Provide SME support during client discussions, product implementations, UAT/testing, issue resolution, and operational challenges. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement, innovation, and business growth. Prepare product documentation, business requirements, business cases, presentations, management reports, and performance updates. Support continuous improvement of payment and cash-management processes, ensuring alignment with banking best practices and customer requirements. Required Skills & Experience8+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 3 years of banking experience. Strong background in Cash Management / Transaction Banking / Payments / Corporate Banking. Strong knowledge of domestic and international payment products and payment ecosystems. Experience working with cross-functional banking teams and technology stakeholders. Good understanding of SAMA regulations and banking compliance requirements. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Saudi National Highly preferred
