SME Digital Payments & Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive SME digital payments propositions, partnerships and implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop business cases, proposals and commercial models for SME digital payment solutions.Manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, processors and payment providers.Support solutions focused on expense management, virtual card issuance and card controls.Coordinate implementation, integrations, testing and product launches with internal and external stakeholders.Manage partner onboarding, post-launch support, adoption and performance.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Contract: 12 monthsLanguages: Arabic & EnglishPackage - SAR 25000/monthRequirements5–8 years of experience in SME/business banking, digital payments, commercial cards, fintech partnerships, card issuing/processing or BaaS.Hands-on experience with expense management, virtual cards and card controls.Understanding of embedded finance, BaaS and the Saudi banking/fintech ecosystem.Experience managing solutions from pre-sales through implementation and launch.Professional fluency in Arabic and English.Knowledge of SAMA requirements is an advantage.
