The role involves designing and refining English curricula and lesson plans aligned with CBSE and the school’s integrated program, ensuring age-appropriate and engaging content. Daily responsibilities include supporting classroom teachers with academic resources, developing assessments, reviewing teaching materials, and providing academic guidance to enhance student outcomes. The SME will collaborate with the academic leadership team to conduct teacher training sessions, monitor instructional quality, and introduce innovative teaching practices. The role also requires regular communication with staff and, where needed, families to support effective English language learning across grades.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Training skills, with experience in curriculum development or academic mentoring.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression suited to students, teachers, and guardians.Candidates should possess Translation and Customer Service skills to support diverse learners and handle academic queries professionally.Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent certification is preferred.Experience with CBSE curriculum, integrated learning programs, and classroom resource development will be beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff, use educational technology tools, and maintain high academic standards.
