The ideal candidate will combine deep BFSI/Payments expertise with AI, consulting, solutioning and pre-sales/GTM experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop industry POVs, solution narratives & AI transformation strategiesDesign end-to-end solution blueprints for banking & payments use casesTranslate business challenges into AI-driven solutionsPartner with Sales, Product, Engineering & Delivery teamsDrive GTM initiatives, thought leadership & client presentationsCreate scalable industry/“mega-solution” frameworksEngage with senior/CXO-level stakeholders as an industry thought leader✅ What We're Looking For12–18 years of overall experienceStrong Financial Services / Banking / Payments domain expertiseExperience in AI / Analytics / Digital TransformationStrong Consulting / Solutioning / Pre-sales backgroundProven exposure to GTM, solution blueprints and industry POVsExcellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills Ideal Profile: BFSI/Payments + AI/Analytics + Consulting/Solutioning + Pre-sales/GTM Bangalore is the first preference; Chennai is the second preference.
