This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves developing lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources that support conceptual understanding and critical thinking. The SME will collaborate with teachers to align classroom instruction with curriculum goals, provide academic support and guidance, and ensure content reflects current pedagogical standards. Daily tasks include conducting subject research, updating materials, supporting teacher training sessions, and monitoring academic outcomes to maintain educational quality. The role may also involve participation in school academic planning, parent communication on curriculum-related queries, and contributions to enrichment programs such as projects, club activities, and educational events.Qualifications Strong foundation in Social Science and related disciplines, with the ability to design age-appropriate academic content.Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret curriculum requirements, assess student performance, and improve learning materials.Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, engaging with students, and interacting with parents and academic leadership.Background in Education, with experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or classroom teaching at school level.Ability to conduct thorough research to keep Social Science content updated, relevant, and aligned with CBSE standards.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and integrated learning approaches.Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation, documentation, and classroom support.Commitment to student-centric learning, inclusive education practices, and continuous professional development.
