Right now, to strengthen our marketing team, we're on the hunt for a strong SMM Manager!What you'll do:— Write engaging copy and create visuals (AI + brand templates).— Track trends and react to news in real-time (X/Reddit/Telegram).— Monitor and manage negative feedback — fast and professional.— Produce short-form video content (AI / screencasting).— Run paid campaigns to boost content performance.— Collect analytics and track traffic from social channels.What you bring:— 2–3+ years in SMM (Web3 / Fintech / IT experience is a plus).— English B2+ — fluent and confident.— Strong copywriting and crisis management skills.— Hands-on with Figma, GA4, ChatGPT/Claude (paid versions).— Deep knowledge of X, Telegram, Reddit, IG, TikTok, YouTube.Nice to have:— Midjourney / AI video tools, Jira, TGStat, Brand24.— Experience with podcasts, Spaces, or live sessions.What we offer:— Fully remote — work from anywhere.— Dubai office available if you're based there.📩 Feel free to reach out — I'd be happy to discuss this opportunity!
