Snowflake Architect

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Developer Platform/Product with a strong background in Snowflake Architecture.The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data solutions.This role requires a deep understanding of cloud based data platforms, particularly Snowflake, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality products.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake.Architect and implement data models that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Optimize Snowflake performance and cost management through best practices and monitoring.Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and cloud computing.Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on data architecture and cloud solutions.Proven experience in designing and implementing Snowflake solutions.Relevant certifications in Snowflake or cloud technologies are a plus.
