SOA Checker - NVOCC

Position: NVOCC Agent SOA CheckerDepartment: Accounts & Finance | Shipping/LogisticsExperience: 3-5 Years in Shipping NVOCC/Liner AccountsLocation: Dubai, UAE Role Purpose Responsible for verifying, reconciling, and following up on Statement of Accounts received from NVOCC, agents, and liner partners to ensure accurate revenue collection and prevent leakage.Key Responsibilities SOA Verification Receive and check monthly/quarterly SOAs from NVOCC principals and overseas agentsVerify freight revenue, THC, local charges, BAF, CAF, D&D, and other recoverable vs booking data and invoicesMatch BL details, container numbers, rates, and weights with system records Reconciliation & InvestigationInvestigate discrepancies: rate differences, short-shipments, cancellations, missing BLsPrepare variance reports and raise debit/credit notes with agentsFollow up with Operations, Sales, and Agents for supporting documents and clarificationsDrop your cv -hr1@dslgroup.ae
