The goal is to build a consistent IP that audiences associate with market expertise, high-quality interviews and trusted financial content.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a recurring on-camera host across YouTube, short-form social, podcasts, interviews, events and educational content.Host interviews and conversations with traders, industry experts, KOLs and high-profile guests.Create short- and long-form market explainers, financial education and timely commentary.Conduct natural, unscripted conversations and ask intelligent follow-up questions rather than simply reading prepared scripts.Contribute to topic selection, research, scripts, talking points and overall editorial direction.Work with producers, editors and the social team to turn long-form content into clips, Shorts, Reels and other reusable social assets.Represent Client professionally at conferences, studio shoots and global events.Self-record high-quality direct-to-camera content when required.Work within Client's compliance, legal and brand guidelines while keeping content engaging and natural.Help develop a consistent personality tone and identity for Client's professional content IP.Core RequirementsExceptional on-camera communication and presentation skills.Native-level or highly fluent English.Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, macroeconomics, equities, commodities or related financial topics.Able to explain complex topics in a clear, engaging and accessible way.Strong interviewing skills and the ability to think and react naturally during conversations.Comfortable presenting both scripted and unscripted content.Strong editorial instincts and ability to identify interesting market stories and discussion angles.Comfortable collaborating across APAC working hours.Able and willing to travel regularly for office shoots, studio production, conferences and major global events.Comfortable working within financial-content compliance requirements.Important: This role must personally appenot looking for a traditional producer or content operations manager.
