Social Content Videographer & Editor

Over 17 years, we’ve created work across TV commercials, documentaries, corporate films, branded content and music videos, earning recognition at Cannes, NY Festivals, LIA, ADC and other leading industry awards.With our own in-house post-production team, we’re involved in every stage of a project, from pre-production through to final delivery.We bring together great talent, craftsmanship, technology and creativity to make work that stands out.The RoleWe’re looking for a Social Videographer / Editor to capture the world behind our productions and turn it into engaging social-first content.This is a hands-on creative role for someone who knows how to shoot, edit and tell a story quickly, whether it’s behind-the-scenes moments from a shoot, team content, production snippets or quick-turnaround social pieces.What You’ll DoCapture behind-the-scenes content across Dejavu shoots and productions.Shoot short-form, social-first video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.Edit engaging Reels, TikToks, BTS videos and short-form content.Find the interesting, candid and unexpected moments happening on set.Work with the team to turn production moments into content that feels authentic and on-brand.Adapt content for different social platforms and formats.Manage quick turnarounds when needed, particularly around live shoots and events.Bring your own creative ideas for how Dejavu’s work, people and culture can show up on social.What We’re Looking ForExperience in videography and short-form video editing, ideally for social media.Strong understanding of what works on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.Good eye for framing, composition, pacing and storytelling.Comfortable shooting independently and working around active production sets.Strong editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar.Someone who is naturally curious, creative and quick to spot a good content moment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.A portfolio/showreel of relevant work is a must.Preferred ExperienceProduction-house, film, commercial or agency experience.Experience creating BTS or social content on professional shoots.Basic understanding of motion graphics, color grading and sound.Comfortable working with both planned and spontaneous content.
