Social Media & Content Executive

Andrea Wazen is looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media & Content Executive to join our team in Dubai.We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a strong eye for fashion and visual storytelling, and knows how to turn everyday brand moments into engaging, social-first content.This is a hands-on creative role combining content creation, filming, editing, ideation and social media management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social platforms.Capture day-to-day, behind-the-scenes content across the Andrea Wazen brand universe.Film high-quality vertical content using iPhone and other lightweight equipment.Create and edit Reels and short-form videos from concept through to final execution.Capture the creative process, including design development, fittings, new collections, office moments, events, shoots, showrooms and travel.Work closely with the Founder & Creative Director to identify interesting and authentic storytelling opportunities.Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.Write captions and prepare posts, Stories and Reels for publishing.Manage posting and ensure a consistent social media presence.Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds and platform developments.Adapt relevant trends to the Andrea Wazen aesthetic rather than simply following them.Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve the social strategy.Coordinate with the wider creative, e-commerce and marketing teams when required.Who We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation or a similar role.Strong portfolio demonstrating Reels and short-form video content.Excellent filming and video-editing skills.Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.A refined visual eye and genuine interest in fashion, luxury, design and culture.Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to recognize a great content opportunity.Creative, proactive and comfortable bringing forward new ideas.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capturing spontaneous content.Highly organized and able to manage a consistent content schedule.Excellent written and spoken English.Based in Dubai or available to relocate to Dubai.What We’re Looking For CreativelyWe want someone who understands that great social content doesn’t always need to feel like a campaign.You should be equally comfortable creating a beautifully edited Reel and capturing an authentic behind-the-scenes moment on an iPhone.The right candidate will help us tell more of the story behind Andrea Wazen — the product, people, creative process and world surrounding the brand — in a way that feels current, engaging and authentic while maintaining our luxury positioning.To ApplyPlease send your CV together with your portfolio or examples of social media accounts, Reels and video content you have created to info@andreawazen.comApplications without examples of previous content work may not be considered.Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time
