Location: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-Time | Work from OfficeReporting To: Founders & ManagementJob SummaryWe are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, grow our online communities, and represent our brands professionally.The role will work closely with Founders & Management and collaborate with our Digital and Performance Marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and regularly update Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other social media channels.Act as a Brand Ambassador, professionally representing the company across social media, videos, interviews, events, and other brand activities.Plan, schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, videos and company updates.Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, interviews and short-form content.Write captions, hooks, scripts and social media copy.Manage and engage with social media pages, groups and online communities.Respond to comments, messages, mentions and relevant enquiries.Create content featuring Founders, Management, employees, services, company activities and events.Confidently appear on camera and conduct interviews when required.Cover company events, exhibitions and business activities through photos and videos.Follow social media trends and continuously bring fresh content ideas.Maintain the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting.Monitor organic reach, engagement, views and follower growth.Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Design and other internal teams.Requirements3+ years' experience in social media management and content creation.Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.Excellent written and spoken English.Confident and professional in front of the camera.Experience creating and editing Reels and short-form videos.Good photography, videography and basic video-editing skills.Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.Creative, proactive and able to generate content ideas independently.Strong communication and organizational skills.UAE experience preferred.
