Social Media & Content Manager

Full-Time, On-Site — Business Bay, DubaiCrypto experience requiredAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to own and grow our presence across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Discord.We need someone who lives and breathes social media. You should be a heavy daily user of social platforms, deeply connected to Gen Z internet culture, and naturally aware of what’s trending, what people are talking about and which formats are gaining traction.You’ll own the full social media cycle: spotting opportunities, planning the content calendar, developing concepts and scripts, coordinating production, publishing content and tracking performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the social media strategy and content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Discord.Identify trends, memes, formats and conversations early and turn them into relevant content.Develop content concepts, hooks and scripts for short-form videos and social campaigns.Plan content around product launches, campaigns, market events and trending topics.Coordinate with copywriters, designers, videographers, Product and Marketing teams to execute content.Manage the full content workflow from idea and briefing through production, approval and publishing.Create and optimize social copy, posts, threads and community content.Support Discord growth through content, announcements and engagement initiatives.Drive audience growth, reach and engagement through continuous testing and optimization.Track performance and use insights to improve future content.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.Appearing on camera when needed is a plus.What We’re Looking ForHeavy daily user of social media with a strong Gen Z mindset and deep understanding of internet culture.Strong instinct for trends, viral formats, hooks, memes and what makes people stop, watch and share.Strong understanding of crypto markets and online crypto culture.Proven experience managing or growing social media accounts or communities.Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.Strong content planning, scripting and creative briefing skills.Able to coordinate multiple teams and keep content production moving quickly.Highly organized, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.Based in Dubai and available for full-time on-site work.Why Join UsYou’ll have significant ownership over the brand’s social presence, direct access to leadership and the freedom to test ideas quickly.
