This intern will support day-to-day social media operations, including planning, creating, and publishing content for TikTok and other social platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with content shoots, editing short-form video, drafting captions, and optimizing posts for engagement and conversion. The intern will help monitor social performance, track key metrics, and report insights to the wider team. Additional tasks may involve brainstorming campaign ideas, collaborating with creators, and supporting LIVE and paid content initiatives as needed.QualificationsStrong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an interest in TikTok, short-form video, and creator-led commerce.Hands-on experience or demonstrated ability in Social Media Content Creation, including video editing, copywriting, and basic visual storytelling.Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and an interest in brand growth, performance campaigns, and audience engagement.Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with creators and internal teams.Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, creative environment in the London Area, United Kingdom.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency with social media platforms and basic content tools (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, editing apps); experience with analytics or reporting is a plus.Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial, but a strong portfolio or examples of past content can be equally valuable.
