MAYIN INDIA | Gurgaon | Work From OfficeManage MAYIN’s social media presence across Instagram and other relevant platforms, including content planning, posting, captions and day-to-day execution.Own influencer marketing end-to-end — research, outreach, communication, negotiations, gifting, follow-ups, coordination and campaign execution.Identify relevant creators and build ongoing relationships with influencers who align with MAYIN’s brand and audience.Work closely with the visual/content team to plan and execute content and influencer campaigns.Track campaign performance, maintain influencer databases and ensure timely delivery of all collaborations.We are looking for someone with strong communication, good aesthetic sense, organisational skills and a genuine understanding of fashion, social media and influencer culture.Experience: 1–3 years preferred Compensation: Fixed monthly payout + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and suitability.
