About Boat Trips ClubBoat Trips Club is an online booking platform for boat tours and yacht experiences, live in nearly 40 destinations worldwide. We are a small, fast-moving team that uses AI across everything we do, and we are opening our first office in Dubai to build our core team.The roleYou own how Boat Trips Club shows up on social media. You create the content, run our influencer and creator partnerships, and grow a community that trusts us and books with us. You report directly to the founders.This role requires proven social media experience in travel, tourism or hospitality.What you will doPlan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and our other social channelsShoot and edit short-form video and photos yourself, including on location at our Dubai experiencesRun our influencer and creator program: sourcing, vetting, outreach, agreements and making sure every deliverable comes inGrow and manage our community: comments, DMs and our broadcast channelTurn creator and customer content into posts, stories and social proofTrack performance and report on what works and what doesn'tUse AI tools to work faster: ideas, captions, editing, scheduling and reportingWhat we are looking forAt least 3 years managing social media for a travel, tourism, hospitality or experiences brand, such as a hotel, resort, tour operator, yacht charter, DMC, airline or travel agency. General lifestyle, retail or F&B experience alone is not enough.Strong short-form video skills. You shoot and edit your own content in CapCut, Premiere or similarExperience running influencer or creator collaborations with clear deliverablesA strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, trends and what makes content performDaily, practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in your workClear written EnglishWorking knowledge of Meta Business Suite and paid social is an advantageDetailsFull-time, on-site at our Dubai officePaid position with a monthly salaryCandidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa and not require visa sponsorshipHow to applyApply through LinkedIn.
