About the RolePPH Hub is recruiting on behalf of a Dental & Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Executive.We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on professional who can manage the clinic's social media presence, create engaging content, and support paid digital campaigns focused on lead generation and patient acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the clinic's social media channels and content calendar.Create engaging content, including Reels, short-form videos, stories, and posts.Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.Support lead-generation campaigns focused on attracting new patients.Monitor campaign and social media performance and recommend improvements.Coordinate content creation with the clinic team.Support digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, where required.Stay up to date with social media trends and identify new content opportunities.RequirementsPrevious social media/marketing experience within a Dental, Dermatology or Aesthetic Clinic is essential.Strong content creation and Reels/video editing skills.Hands-on experience with social media management and Meta Ads.Experience with lead generation and patient acquisition.Google Ads and broader digital marketing experience is preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on role.
